Personal information includes, full name, email address, phone number, passport/ID number or any other personally identifiable material / information.

Professionalism: Participants must communicate with respect and professionalism at all times during the meeting.
3. Inclusivity and Diversity:
Respect Differences: Embrace diversity of opinions, backgrounds, and experiences. Treat all members and stakeholders with fairness and respect.
Inclusivity: Strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and valued regardless of their background, gender, ethnicity, or beliefs.
